Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Service publisher

The site urbuilder.fr is published by SARL UBD - URBESTDESIGN, a French limited liability company with share capital of €2,000, registered under SIREN 884 964 131 (SIRET 884 964 131 00012), intra-community VAT number FR77884964131, whose registered office is at 4 Route de la Preuille, 17290 CIRÉ-D'AUNIS, France.

2. Purpose

These terms of use define the conditions for using the UrBuilDer platform, a SaaS service generating web applications by artificial intelligence, including their hosting and their online publication, available at https://urbuilder.fr. Any use of the service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

3. Access to the service

UrBuilDer is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to planned or unplanned maintenance. SARL UBD - URBESTDESIGN reserves the right to interrupt, modify or suspend the service at any time without notice.

Access to certain features requires the creation of a user account and may be subject to taking out a paid subscription.

3 bis. Publication and hosting of applications

Depending on the plan taken out, the user may publish the applications they generate on a urbuilder.fr subdomain, or on a domain name they own. SARL UBD - URBESTDESIGN then acts as a host within the meaning of article 6 of French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy.

The user is solely responsible for the content they publish, for its lawfulness, and for compliance with third-party rights and applicable regulations, in particular regarding personal data where their application collects any.

Publishing unlawful content is prohibited, in particular: infringing or defamatory content, content inciting hatred or violence, child sexual abuse material, or content intended to carry out fraud, phishing or identity theft.

Any manifestly unlawful content may be reported to contact@urbuilder.fr. SARL UBD - URBESTDESIGN reserves the right to suspend without notice the publication of an application whose content is manifestly unlawful or harms the proper operation of the service.

Suspending a publication does not delete the user's project, and the user keeps access to their code.

4. Registration and user account

To access the dashboard features, the user must create an account by providing a valid email address and a password. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all actions carried out from their account.

5. Acceptable use

The user undertakes not to use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or purposes contrary to public decency. In particular, it is prohibited to generate content infringing third-party rights, to attempt to circumvent the limits of the service, or to disrupt its operation.

6. Intellectual property

All the elements making up the UrBuilDer site are protected by intellectual property law and belong to SARL UBD - URBESTDESIGN. The code of the applications generated by the AI at the user's request belongs to the user.

7. Liability

SARL UBD - URBESTDESIGN uses all reasonable means to provide quality access but cannot guarantee permanent availability nor the absence of errors in content generated by the AI. The user is solely responsible for the use of the generated code, for integrating it into their projects, and for the content of the applications they publish.

8. Personal data

The processing of personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy, available at /legal/privacy. In accordance with the GDPR, the user has rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability of their data.

9. Termination

The user may close their account at any time from the settings or by contacting contact@urbuilder.fr. SARL UBD - URBESTDESIGN reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in the event of a breach of these terms.

10. Applicable law

These terms of use are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of La Rochelle, France, failing a prior amicable agreement.
