Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Seller

2. Products and services

UrBuilDer offers monthly subscriptions giving access to the generation of web applications by artificial intelligence, and to publishing them online according to the plan taken out. The available plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Business) are detailed on the /pricing page.

3. Prices

Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of tax. SARL UBD - URBESTDESIGN reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Subscriptions already running are unaffected until they renew.

4. Ordering and payment

Subscriptions are taken out online through the secure Stripe platform. Payment is due on the subscription date and renews automatically each month unless cancelled beforehand.

Accepted means of payment are: bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose performance began after the consumer's express agreement.

However, on a first subscription, if no application has been generated within the 14 days following the subscription, the user may request a full refund by contacting contact@urbuilder.fr.

6. Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no pro-rata refund.

7. After-sales service

For any complaint or question relating to an order, contact us at contact@urbuilder.fr. We undertake to reply within 48 working hours.

8. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts of La Rochelle, France, will have jurisdiction. French law applies.
