1. Data controller

2. Data collected

Registration data: email address, password (encrypted), registration date.

Usage data: generated applications, projects created, addresses of published applications, usage statistics, history of AI requests.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, connection logs, session data.

Payment data: handled exclusively by Stripe. UrBuilDer stores no banking data.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Performance of the contract: account management, provision of the AI generation service, invoicing.

Legitimate interest: securing the platform, preventing fraud, improving the service.

Consent: sending marketing communications (can be turned off at any time).

Legal obligation: retention of accounting and tax records for 10 years.

4. Processors and transfers

We use the following processors in providing the service:

Supabase (USA) — authentication and user database. GDPR compliance ensured through standard contractual clauses (SCC).

Anthropic (USA) — artificial intelligence engine (Claude). Prompts are processed according to their privacy policy.

Stripe (USA) — payment processing. PCI-DSS certified.

Hetzner (Germany) — server hosting in Europe.

5. Retention periods

Active account: data kept for as long as the account exists.

After account deletion: data deleted within 30 days, save for legal obligations.

Billing data: 10 years in accordance with the French Commercial Code.

Technical logs: 12 months maximum.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right of access — obtain a copy of your data.

Right of rectification — correct inaccurate data.

Right to erasure — request the deletion of your data.

Right to portability — receive your data in a structured format.

Right to object — object to certain processing.

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: SSL/TLS encryption, hashed passwords (bcrypt), restricted access to data, regular backups.
